Ingredients:

-2 or 3 chicken breasts

-Minced garlic

-Avocado oil

-Orange juice 

Seasonings:

-Creole

-Pepper

-Garlic powder

-Onion powder

-Lemon pepper 

Directions:

Begin by preparing your chicken. I cut my chicken into bite size pieces. I then heat avocado oil and minced garlic in a pan on the stovetop on medium heat. Allow garlic to become aromatic. Then add your chicken. Then add your seasonings. Then add the orange juice to coat the bottom of the pan. Allow this all to simmer and cook the chicken. The orange juice will eventually start to glaze. (This is when all the fun flavor occurs.) Once the juice is all gone chicken will be done. Serve over a bed of rice, your favorite flavored rice or plain rice.
